How Rocket Park Studios started taking online bookings using Jammed

The problem

Jack Muir, the co-owner of Rocket Park studios spent the majority of his afternoon on the phone. From taking bookings and answering questions to managing cancellations and payments over the phone, the volume of calls was frankly overwhelming.

This is not only great for the studio, but much easier for their customers, who are able to look up availability and book their space without having to call within opening hours.

Before we started using Jammed, I would be taking phone calls constantly. My phone would be literally attached to me every day. Now we take bookings online and we haven't looked back, it's helped us a lot. After the social distancing restrictions lifted, we had our busiest weekend we've ever had, and I only took 2 phone calls the entire weekend - amazing!

Rocket Park studio is used by musicians and weekly dance classes.

Take payments in-person with Square Terminal

Rocket Park also save money using Jammed's integration with the Square Terminal.

Using the terminal, Rocket Park can easily take in-person credit and debit card payments from customers. With Jammed taking these card payments, all the booking data and up-to-date information is handled automatically. Unlike most other booking platforms, this is included within the price of Jammed.

The card terminal from Square has been really handy, and it was pretty easy to get going with Jammed. It took all of 5 minutes of setup, and then all the payments for my business was sorted and all in one place
