Automatische Kautionen und regelmäßige Buchungen

If your studio takes a deposit at booking, Jammed can now automatically take the remaining balance from the customer's card before they arrive. No more chasing final payments, and no more customers fumbling with cards while they're unloading gear.

How it works

In your booking settings, choose the new checkout option "with a deposit (automatically charge remaining balance)". Customers still pay their deposit at checkout as normal, and tick a consent box agreeing that you can take the rest later. Card networks require this before we can charge a card off-session.

The remaining balance is charged at the end of your cancellation window. So if your window is 24 hours, that's when the card is charged. The customer gets an email letting them know the charge is coming.

Regular bookings

For regular bookings, when you assign a new regular booking to a customer that has a stored card you get the option to just charge them before each session on the day - so much less admin work from your side chasing regulars for payments.
