Todd runs Astoria Soundworks with Charles in a delightfully diverse musical neighborhood of New York where no two days sound the same. They needed a new booking system to grow with them and resolve some old problems.

No stranger to customized software, Todd knew that once their old system was past its best, they’d need a new system built specifically to meet the needs of creative spaces. Todd found Jammed and it ticked all the boxes, but he was especially excited about it taking Astoria Soundworks to the next level.
Jammed has helped us basically move forward with technology as far as I'm concerned; I feel like it's foolproof. It allows us to continue with the comfort of what the last program did but takes us to the next step of allowing people to book themselves, online.

Astoria Soundworks are reaping the benefits of having an automated, online booking system that takes care of not only the day-to-day studio reservations, but payments and refunds as well
As our customers can book themselves and pay for it themselves, they come in prepaid and we don't have to spend that time in the office taking their money or taking the reservations. We then use that time to make sure the room is a little bit better, a little bit cleaner, make sure their board setups are a little bit nicer.

How I see it [Jammed] is a sort of global solution to everything that we have here at the studio. I see lots of positives with a customer database. There’s lots of ways to handle any type of situation we come across.

I like the communication. The support is very good. It’s helped me and staff and management as well in finding solutions to any situation… things that come up that the previous system was lacking. So we really like that forward thinking and the flexibility as well.
